At Japale, we give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to stop using our platform, you can request to permanently delete your account, posts, chants, and chat history.

Once your request is processed, you will lose access to your profile forever. In compliance with Rule 3(1)(h) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we are legally mandated to retain your registration data and activity logs for a period of 180 days for law enforcement and investigation purposes. This is a strict statutory requirement under Indian Cyber Law, not a technical limitation. After 180 days, all residual data will be permanently purged from our servers.
