At Japale, we have a total zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe community environment where children are protected from any form of exploitation or harm.
CRITICAL NOTICE
Any user found sharing, creating, or attempting to access CSAM or engaging in CSAE behaviors will be permanently banned from Japale without warning, and the incident will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

Japale provides multiple visible channels for users to report child safety concerns immediately:
1. In-App Reporting: Every profile and post within the Japale app includes a "Report" button. Users can select "Child Safety" or "Inappropriate Content" to flag content for immediate review.
2. Direct Email: You can report any safety concern, suspicious user, or illegal content directly to our safety team via the contact details provided below.
Reports are handled with the highest priority and confidentiality.
4. Response & Compliance
Our dedicated safety team reviews every reported case involving child safety within 24 hours. We comply with all relevant child safety laws, including the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force directives and Google Play's Child Safety policies.
We actively utilize moderation technologies and community flagging to identify and remove prohibited materials before they reach a wider audience.
